Being a woman today is tough.
Life is hard. We’ve all heard people say it, but there’s no roadmap and we didn’t realize how HARD it actually turns out to be. Being a woman in today’s world almost feels unmanageable. Maybe you are a woman in college, or possibly embarking on your career…so many decisions that seem to dictate the rest of your life. Then there are all of the other responsibilities in life to balance. Unfortunately, we will also encounter upsetting and traumatic experiences like grief, loss, health issues, relationship challenges, or family changes. Many women today are also managing feelings of uncertainty or worry, anxiety, ADHD, and depression (just to name a few).

You are not alone. I get it and have been there, too, in many ways. Therapy gave me hope and taught me strategies to work though trauma. Therapy taught me that vulnerability can grow into courage. Once we have the courage to walk into our story and own it, we get to write the rest. We get to feel better! Therapy is a gift and I want to share that gift with you. I’m here with you, through your journey, to help you navigate your own roadmap, to empower you- not to tell you everything will be ok- but to be honest with you and process your feelings with you. I promise to be your biggest fan, have grace with you, and challenge you to be the best you can be.

Common questions about therapy

The consultation a 15 minute phone conversation that will give us the chance to get to know each other and for you to share your reasons for seeking therapy. It also gives you an opportunity to ask as many questions as you’d like so I can clarify and address any worries you may have. If you feel ready to take the next step, we would then book your initial appointment.

In -person or virtually- your choice! We can even do a combination in-person and virtual if you’d like. We will customize a plan that works best for you and your needs.
The office is located at S. State Street Newtown, PA, 1840 (2nd floor)
Fees

$165 per 50 minute therapy session

At this time, I do not accept insurance, but after each session I will provide a SuperBill that you will submit for insurance reimbursement. You can also use your HSA or Flex spending account for payment.
